Pay only after removal

Our Guarantee

You pay us nothing until a review is confirmed removed from the platform. The evaluation is free, the quote is agreed before any work starts, and a review that stays up costs you nothing. Profile safety is committed to in writing, and we only file where a review breaks a published platform policy.

What we commit to

In plain English, with no footnotes and nothing that only applies in certain cases.

The evaluation is free, and it is honest

Send us the reviews and we tell you which ones have policy grounds and which ones do not, before any money is discussed. If you have a truthful negative review, we say so. We would rather decline a case than file a dispute we do not believe in, which is the same reason our documented success rate is what it is. Nothing about the evaluation obliges you to go ahead.

The quote is agreed before work begins

You get a written quote per review before we file anything. There is no retainer, no monthly fee, no per-filing charge, and no charge for a review that stays up. Nothing is billed that you have not already agreed to in writing.

You pay per review, only after it is removed

The fee falls due when we confirm the review is gone from the platform, not when we file, not when the platform acknowledges the report, and not when a case looks promising. If a review stays up, you owe nothing for it. That is the whole of the pay-for-results model, and it is why we are selective about the cases we take.

Profile safety, in writing

Every filing goes through the platform's own reporting channels with documented evidence attached. We do not mass-flag, we do not use bots or automated reporting tools, and we never send a fraudulent legal request. Those are the methods that get a Google Business Profile penalised or suspended, and we do not use them. This commitment is written into our terms of service and into the client agreement you sign.

Policy violations only

We do not pursue truthful negative reviews. A review from a real customer describing a real experience is compliant content on every platform, and it stays up. We work only where a review breaks a published policy: fake engagement, conflict of interest, off-topic content, harassment and hate speech, mistaken identity, or restricted and illegal content. The full list and the evidence each one needs is on the Google review removal page.

What this guarantee is not

A guarantee is only worth something if it says what it does not cover.

We do not guarantee that any specific review will come down. Google and every other platform make the final decision on every filing, and anyone promising otherwise is either misleading you or using methods we will not use. What we guarantee is that you are not charged unless it does come down.

We do not write, buy, or solicit reviews, and we do not build review-gating funnels that filter unhappy customers out of a review request. The FTC rule on fake reviews exists for good reason, and those methods put your profile at risk rather than protecting it.

We are not a law firm and nothing here is legal advice. Where a review looks defamatory rather than policy-violating, that is a separate legal route and we will say so. See litigation versus policy removal for how the two compare.

Guarantee questions

Three things. The evaluation costs nothing. The price per review is agreed in writing before any work begins. And the fee is only due once we confirm the review has been removed from the platform. A review that stays up costs you nothing.
No. There is no retainer, no monthly fee, no onboarding fee, and no per-filing charge. The only thing you are ever invoiced for is a review that has been removed.
You owe nothing for it. If we file and the platform declines, we tell you why and, where there is an appeal route worth using, we use it. If there is no route left, the case closes and nothing is billed for that review.
It should not, because of how we file. We use the platform's own reporting channels with documented evidence, never mass-flagging, bots, or fraudulent legal requests. That commitment is in our terms of service and in the client agreement, so it is contractual rather than a marketing line.
No. We will tell you at the evaluation that it does not qualify, and we will point you at what does work instead: a measured public reply, a compliant way of asking real customers for reviews, and a stronger profile. Declining those cases is why the success rate holds.
Most removals complete in 1 to 3 business days from the date we file. Complex cases can take up to 7, usually when the case needs pattern evidence across several accounts.
