Who we are

DeleteGoogleReviews.com is a San Diego based review removal service founded in 2018. It removes fake, defamatory, and policy-violating reviews from Google, Glassdoor, Yelp, Avvo, Reddit, Airbnb, ComplaintsBoard, Trustpilot, and BBB for businesses across the United States. Every case starts with a free evaluation, quotes are agreed before work begins, and clients pay only after a review is confirmed removed. Most removals complete in 1 to 3 business days. The service files documented policy disputes only and does not pursue truthful customer reviews.

A service of Nexus Multimedia

DeleteGoogleReviews.com is a service of Nexus Multimedia, a San Diego reputation management and PR agency. The agency was founded by Divyarth Churiwal, who also founded this service in 2018.

Review removal is one part of what the agency does, and it is deliberately run as its own service with its own scope. That scope is narrow on purpose: we file documented policy disputes and nothing else. We do not write reviews, we do not gate them, and we do not take a case on a truthful review, whatever else the agency is asked for. See the guarantee for the terms that follow from it.

Documented policy disputes, on nine platforms

A review comes down because it breaks a rule the platform has published, not because it is unfair or inconvenient. Our whole job is finding which rule, proving it, and filing it properly.

We work on Google, Glassdoor, Yelp, Avvo, Reddit, Airbnb, ComplaintsBoard, Trustpilot, and BBB. Google is the largest share of the work, because it is the platform that drives the local pack and the one AI assistants read most often when they summarise a business.

The platform hub covers each one, and the industries hub covers what each sector runs into.

Six steps, every case

The full version, with what happens at each stage, is on our process page.

1

Free evaluation

You send the review URLs. We read each one against the platform's published policies and come back with which have grounds, which do not, and why. Reviews without grounds are declined here rather than filed and billed.

2

Evidence file

For the cases we take, we build the documentation a human reviewer needs: account age and review history for a suspected fake, posting patterns across accounts for a coordinated attack, and whatever record on your side shows a reviewer was never a customer. We do not ask for anything a professional confidentiality rule stops you sharing.

3

Filing through official channels

The case goes in through the platform's own reporting route, naming the exact policy category it breaks. No mass-flagging, no automated reporting, no fraudulent legal requests.

4

Escalation

Where a first filing is declined and there is an appeal route worth using, we use it, with the evidence reframed against whichever category the decline suggests was misread.

5

Confirmation

We verify the review is gone from the live profile rather than taking a platform acknowledgement as the result.

6

Invoice

The fee falls due for confirmed removals only. A review that stays up is not billed.

What we refuse to do

These are the things that would make the work easier and the results worse.

We do not pursue truthful reviews

An honest negative review from a real customer is compliant content everywhere. If that is what you have, we say so at the evaluation.

We do not write, buy, or solicit reviews

Not for you, not against a competitor. The FTC rule on fake reviews prohibits it, and it is the opposite of what we are for.

We do not gate reviews

We will not build a funnel that filters unhappy customers out of a review request. That practice is what the rule on review suppression targets.

We do not mass-flag or use bots

Volume reporting is what gets a Business Profile penalised. Every filing we make is individual and documented.

We do not send fraudulent legal notices

No fabricated court orders, no bogus DMCA claims, no invented cease and desist letters. These get profiles suspended and people prosecuted.

The businesses that come to us

Most of our work comes from law firms, medical and dental practices, contractors and home services, hospitality, real estate agents and brokers, auto dealers, veterinarians, and financial advisors. What they have in common is not their sector. It is that a professional rule, a confidentiality obligation, or a regulator limits what they can say in a public reply, so answering a false review is not really available to them.

A law firm cannot explain a case outcome without breaching client confidentiality. A medical or dental practice cannot confirm someone was even a patient. A financial advisor is bound by rules on testimonials. In each case the review stays up and unanswered unless it actually breaks a policy, which is where we come in. See the industries hub for the detail, or case studies for what the work looks like.

Yes. Review reports are filed through platform channels that operate nationally, so a case in Houston or New York runs exactly as a case in San Diego does. San Diego is our only office. We do not claim a local presence anywhere else.
Most of our work comes from law firms, medical and dental practices, contractors and home services, hospitality, real estate agents and brokers, auto dealers, veterinarians, and financial advisors. The removal grounds are identical in every sector. What changes is which violations appear most and what evidence is available to prove them.
No, and nothing we publish is legal advice. We file policy disputes with platforms. Where a review looks defamatory rather than policy-violating, that is a separate legal route and we will tell you so rather than take the case.
Free evaluation, a quote agreed in writing before work begins, and payment per review only after we confirm it has been removed. The full terms are on the guarantee page.

No. The scope is the same either way: documented policy disputes only. We do not write reviews, we do not build review-gating funnels, and we do not take a case on a truthful review, whatever else the agency is engaged for.
