Google Review Removal Services Compared

Six services come up for this search: DeleteGoogleReviews.com, Guaranteed Removals, Erase.com, Reputation.com, NetReputation and Removify. They are not the same kind of business. Three are removal first, two treat removal as one tactic inside a wider reputation programme, and one does not describe review removal on its site at all.

We are one of the six being compared, so read this with that in mind. What we can do is keep to publicly stated facts taken from each company's own website, describe every service in the same terms including ourselves, and avoid claims about anyone's results that they have not made themselves.

Every fact below was checked on each company's own site on September 18, 2026, and the pages are linked at the end. There are no rankings on this page and no prices, because none of the six publishes a rate card. We have not tested the other five and we make no claim about their outcomes. Where a figure is theirs, it is attributed as theirs.

How do the six compare?

The turnaround column is the one most likely to be read unfairly, so read it as six different definitions rather than six speeds. Guaranteed Removals publishes bands that separate clear violations from contested cases and from legal escalation. Removify publishes a range that spans from two days to two months. Our figure covers the cases we accept, and we decline cases without policy grounds at the evaluation rather than filing them, which shortens the average by design.

Which of these actually remove reviews?

This is the first thing to settle, because the six do not all offer the same thing and the category name hides the difference.

Four describe review removal as a service they perform: ourselves, Guaranteed Removals, Erase.com and Removify. NetReputation describes removal too, but frames it as one half of a pair, stating on its own site that negative content rarely disappears overnight, that removal is never guaranteed, and that it pairs removal attempts with suppression so search results improve either way.

Reputation.com is the outlier. Its site describes an AI-native platform that turns reviews, listings and surveys into prioritised actions for multi-location brands across healthcare, automotive, real estate, food and beverage, financial services, care and living, and retail. Review generation, response management and monitoring are all described. Review removal is not. That is not a criticism of the product, it is a different product, and it matters if removal is the thing you came looking for.

What does Guaranteed Removals do well?

• The guarantee page. They publish terms plainly, including lifetime re-removal if Google reinstates a review they took down, with no time limit on it, and no payment if a removal does not happen. That is more than most services in this category put in writing.
• Breadth beyond reviews. Their scope covers news articles, search results, mugshot aggregators, court records, social media and complaint boards as well as reviews on Google, Glassdoor, Indeed, Trustpilot and Reddit. If your problem is an article rather than a review, that is a different service from ours and they cover it.
• Banded timelines. Rather than one headline number they publish 7 to 14 days for clear violations, 14 to 30 days for conflict of interest and fake engagement, and 30 to 90 days where legal escalation is involved. That is a more honest shape than a single figure.

They state more than 20,000 reviews removed since 2009. They do not state a success percentage.

What does Erase.com do well?

• An explicit "does not qualify" section. Their Google review page states that legitimate negative reviews from real customers do not qualify, and that an accurate review will not be removed however unflattering it is. Saying that on a sales page is unusual and it is useful.
• Segmentation by who you are. They separate businesses from executives and professionals from private individuals, which matters, because someone with a personal reputation problem needs something different from a restaurant with a rating problem.
• Published outcome figures. They publish 99 percent suppressed within six months and 59 percent cleared within three months. Those are their figures and their metric, and suppression means pushing content down rather than removing it at the source, so it is not directly comparable to a removal rate.

Guaranteed Removals and Erase.com are two brands of the same company, Erase Technologies, operating from the same two offices. Worth knowing when you are gathering quotes and believe you are approaching two independent providers.

What does Reputation.com do well?

• Scale and integration. The platform is built for multi-location brands and unifies reviews, surveys, listings and social signals in one place, with offices in California, Arizona, Utah, the United Kingdom and India. If you are managing hundreds of locations, that is a category of problem the removal specialists do not address at all.
• Feedback as data. Their framing is analytics first: turning what customers say into prioritised actions per location. That is the opposite end of the problem from a single damaging review, and both ends are real.
• Industry specificity. They organise the product around named verticals rather than treating every business the same.

Their site does not state a founding year or designate a headquarters, and it does not describe review removal. If you need a specific review taken down, that is a question to put to them directly rather than an assumption to make.

What does NetReputation do well?

• Plain talk about what removal can and cannot do. Their site states that removal is never guaranteed, that negative content rarely disappears overnight, and that anyone promising guaranteed deletion for a fee is a red flag. We agree with all three, and very few sites in this category say it.
• Removal paired with suppression. Where a review cannot come down, they describe pushing it down instead, so the search result improves either way. That is a genuinely different answer to the cases nobody can remove.
• Breadth. Content strategy, crisis response, monitoring, review management, digital privacy and search work, across a stated 50 or more platforms, from Sarasota, Florida, since 2014.

They do not state a payment model, a turnaround for their own service, or a success rate on the pages we checked.

What does Removify do well?

• A published timeframe range with a floor and a ceiling. They state 24 to 48 hours at the fastest, up to 60 days at the slowest, most within 1 to 4 weeks, and an initial response from Google expected inside 7 days. Publishing the slow end as well as the fast end is rarer than it should be.
• No win, no fee, stated plainly. You pay only for what they successfully remove, after a small refundable deposit before work begins.
• Platform coverage published by name. Google Reviews, Glassdoor, Indeed, RateMDs, Vitals, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Trustpilot, Bing and Google search results, from an office in Tempe, Arizona.

Their applications cite Google's policies, Australian law, or a combination, which reflects where the company operates from. Their site does not state a founding year or a success rate.

What do we do differently?

Two things, and one of them is a limitation rather than an advantage.

Speed. Most of our removals complete in 1 to 3 business days, with complex cases up to 7. That is faster than any published range above, and it is a consequence of scope: we work almost entirely on review platforms, we decline cases without policy grounds at the evaluation, and we do not run the longer legal escalation route that stretches a timeline into months.

Narrow scope. We remove reviews and posts on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, BBB, Glassdoor, Avvo, Reddit, Airbnb and ComplaintsBoard. We do not remove news articles, search results, images or links, and if that is your problem we are the wrong service and one of the others is a better fit. We publish a documented success rate of 94 percent across the cases we accept, which is a figure that only means anything alongside the fact that we decline cases without grounds.

What none of the six will tell you

None of us publishes a rate card, and you should be careful with anyone who does. The work behind one review ranges from reading the review text to researching a posting pattern across several accounts, and a flat rate means either the easy cases subsidise the hard ones or the hard ones get abandoned. None of us can guarantee that a specific named review will come down either. Google decides every filing. What a service can guarantee is what happens to your money when the answer is no, and that is the part of a guarantee actually worth comparing.

Who is each service a fit for?

• DeleteGoogleReviews.com if the problem is reviews or posts on a review platform and speed matters. Not the right choice if you need articles, images or search results dealt with.
• Guaranteed Removals if the problem extends past reviews into links, articles, court records or images, or if the lifetime re-removal term is what you want most.
• Erase.com if you need broader reputation work alongside removal, or if the problem is personal rather than a business listing.
• Reputation.com if you are managing reviews, listings and surveys across many locations and the job is measurement and response rather than removal.
• NetReputation if you want removal attempted inside a wider programme, with suppression as the fallback when a review cannot come down.
• Removify if the problem is reviews across a wide set of platforms including medical directories, and a deposit-then-no-win-no-fee arrangement suits you.
